Meet Karuna!

Karuna is the only cow at the sanctuary ~

she was rescued by friends who saved her from slaughter.  She had an amazing life with her people and even became fence mates with a neighbor’s cow.  Life was beautiful until the day that her fence mate was killed for food.  Completely traumatized, we were asked if she could come to the sanctuary.  Karuna has healed in a loving environment and has hundreds of friends who love her.
